The community renews itself

Little by little our community is being renewed. In the picture above, we see Father Javier, visiting the monastery in his new position as Mission Procurator. We also see in the photograph Brother Cassian, from Santa Otilia, who has come to join our monastery. We wish him a fruitful stay with us.

Father Eduardo López-Tello came from Rome in mid-July. His help has been fundamental both in the care of the parishes entrusted to us and in his attention to the pilgrims. Father Eduardo is well acquainted with the Camino, as he himself was a pilgrim in the now distant year of 1986, when he coincided on the Camino with Father Juan Antonio, although they did not yet know each other.

Father Peter Ahn returned to his Abbey in Waegwan, Korea, at the end of July. He is pictured here presiding at his last Eucharist in the church of Rabanal.
